Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nowalkha India Private Limited offers to companies, body corporates, firm, individuals and other persons on a subscription basis. Except as required by law, subscription fee is non-refundable. Please see additional details below.

As a subscriber, you are permitted to cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. You may do so by sending email to with reason for the cancellation. Cancelling your subscription will not make provision for refunding any unused portion of the subscription.

Our subscription service includes our presentation of data to you as a subscriber and number of communications purchased by you. There is no way to "return" communication purchased, digital content which has already been presented to you. Due to the nature of our unique digital product, we are unable to offer a refund for subscriptions which have been cancelled.

Once your account is cancelled all of your data may be deleted on the natural end date of the subscription period. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so

REFUND Policy:

In order to equitably promote fairness to all of our clients and to protect the integrity of our products and services, we have a "No Refunds Policy". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING OR CREDITS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

You may or may not have the sufficient expertise to use the Product soon after you purchase. We provide training to help you get comfortable with the product. 'Change of Mind', 'Purchased for Evaluation', 'Purchased by Mistake', and 'Product No Longer in Use' are not valid reasons for the refund.

If you cancel before your subscription expiration date, while you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining balance of the subscription, you will maintain access to the portal and subscribed services until the natural end of the subscription period.

As a subscription provider, we reserve the right to offer discounts or other considerations in select and rare circumstances at our sole discretion. Please also note that each circumstance is unique and elections to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Note: In case of technical errors in the application or payment gateways, you can have refund of unused portion of subscription fee paid. You are required to send your refund request to along with proper reason. Post scrutiny of your refund request payment shall be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 working days.


Without limiting any other remedies, click2confirm may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
